first date — Because getting kidnapped and storming an alien spaceship do not count as dates. Whether it's going out and showing Daniel what 2019 is like, or just staying in with a movie on the couch, they deserve to finally have a few moments together where they're not constantly worrying about saving the world.

kitchen adventures — Daniel can cook! Daisy... cannot. I feel like there is a wealth of opportunity here. Him being very impressive with dinner, her setting something on fire...

celebrations & gifts — Whether birthdays or Christmas or just because. (It's canon that Daisy got him a typewriter.)

traumatic memories — The both of them have PTSD. Nightmares, flashbacks, days when it's just hard to be okay... Finally, they each have someone to lean on when things get hard.

injury or illness — One of them getting sick or hurt and the other fretting over them during recovery. Or Daniel finally learning the downside to Daisy's powers.

after the barn — We never see them talk about what happened in the barn when Daisy was tortured. There's no moment of gratitude for him saving her, no acknowledgment of any fear or anxiety either of them has from the incident — all we see is Daniel being concerned that she rest.

down time — The second half of the season is a whirlwind of events that don't leave any time for them to just breathe, so let's shoehorn some in and maybe get some golden moments like introducing Danny Boy to "modern" electronics and appliances.

back from death — Daisy technically died during that final mission. How did Daniel take this news? How does Daisy handle the aftermath of that very real brush with death?
